These terms govern the use of this website and the services offered by Imperion Property Services.

Website Information

Information on this website is general in nature and provided for convenience. It does not constitute a quote, an offer, or a commitment to provide services, and may be updated at any time.

Services & Scope

Imperion coordinates, governs and confirms property readiness. The scope of any engagement is defined and confirmed only in a written agreement signed by both parties before work begins. Nothing on this website creates a service agreement.

Availability

Services are subject to availability and acceptance. Submitting a form or making an enquiry does not guarantee that Imperion is able to take on the work.

Quotes & Scope Changes

Quotes are based on the information provided and the assessed condition of the property, and may expire or be revised. Scope changes are confirmed through a written change process.

Our Responsibility

Imperion takes responsibility for coordinating the work, holding the agreed standard and confirming that the property meets it. Where licensed or specialised trades are required, that work is carried out by qualified providers under Imperion's coordination and oversight, and confirmed to the agreed readiness standard.

No Regulated or Professional Advice

Imperion does not provide engineering, legal, appraisal, insurance, accounting or regulated building-inspection advice. Where such expertise is required, we coordinate appropriately qualified professionals.

The Imperion Readiness Standard

The Imperion Readiness Standard is Imperion's proprietary readiness-management and confirmation method. It is not a municipal, engineering, building-code or licensed inspection certification.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Imperion is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Service-specific terms are set out in individual engagement agreements.
